Delete your Heliospace account

In the game

1. Open Settings (the gear icon).
2. In Account and cloud, tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted at once.

Without the game

Send an email to heliospace@name.org.ua with the subject Delete account, either from the email linked to your account or with your account name (Settings → Account and cloud → Account name). We will confirm that the account is yours and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• The account: its identifiers, account name, email and password hash.
• The cloud save and the records of battles checked by the server.
• Copies in backups disappear within 14 days.

Nothing linked to you is kept after that. The save on your device is not touched: remove the app or use “Reset progress” in the game to clear it too.
